Natalie is an Early Childhood Educator with over 25 years of experience in Early Years Education. She is also a Certified Circle of Security® Parent Educator and has Post Graduate qualifications in Pre and Postnatal Family Care and Support. Natalie has been supporting families with sleep and settling for more than 15 years. Her passion lies in helping families navigate the precious early days by offering a better understanding of children’s needs, cues, and capabilities.

Brooke Nixon

Brooke Nixon

Brooke is a Registered Nurse, Midwife, Child & Family Health Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She has more than 15 years of experience supporting women and families across all facets of childbirth and early parenting. Her approach is gentle, child-focused care; helping parents to de-code and understand their baby's cues, behaviour and needs, whilst providing the practical tools needed to overcome any breastfeeding or sleep challenge.

Marcia Lieschke

Marcia Lieschke

Marcia is a Registered Nurse, Child & Family Health Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with over 11 years experience specialising in breastfeeding, sleep and settling and behaviour concerns. She has worked across a number of settings, including child health clinics and within the Paediatric Unit in a major regional hospital. Marcia considers it an honour and privilege to support and partner with parents as they navigate parenthood.

Tamara Montgomery

Tamara Montgomery

Tamara is a registered nurse, midwife and child and family health nurse with postgraduate certification in adult mental health nursing. She has over 11 years specialist experience supporting families and their children from 0-3yrs with sleep and settling issues, infant feeding issues and behavioural issues. Tamara has worked extensively in both residential stay and day stay programs and is passionate about promoting infant and parental well being.
